The RIGOLETTO SLAVE DMX interface is a DMX slave with 3 output channels. Each channel is associated with a DMX address. The 3 addresses are consecutive (e.g. if channel 1 is associated with address 27, channel 2 will be associated with address 28 and channel 3 with address 29). The outputs are implemented by PWM driver. By closing the FLK input grounded to earth, the free flicker mode is activated which may need to be selected when driving channels with fixing magnets. The slave address is selected by the dip switch with 1-9 lever. The encoding is binary. The dip switch 1 has weight 1, dip switch 2 has weight 2, and dip 3 has weight 4. The addresses range from 1 to 512. In the left column some examples of configuration: in the first case being selected only dip 3 the address goes to value 4; in the second case by selecting 1, 2, 4 the address goes to value 11; while in the third and last case with 4, 6, 7 goes to value 104. With the dip switch 10 (MODE) in the ON position the 8-bit standard mode is selected while in the OFF position the 16 bit City Design mode is selected. The 16-bit mode is compatible only with products by City Design. To download the full list of addresses, visit the AWG website.
Control for professional use, manages RGB LED strips with 12 to 24 Vdc power supply. Can be managed by button or IR remote control (ordered separately). The multifunction inputs (push, IR) and power and DMX outputs the make the control highly versatile, allowing it to be used in the majority of projects. The control can manage high power systems using the twinned Rigoletto SLAVE devices, driving several modules via the DMX output. 12-24 Vdc power supply, max corresponding power (auto-limiting) 3 x 36-72 W (108-216 W tot.).
